Proteas women return after disappointing loss

JOHANNESBURG – The Proteas Women are returned to South Africa on Tuesday morning.
The team arrived at the OR Tambo International Airport at 10.30am.
At noon, the Proteas will hold a media briefing to reflect on their ICC Women’s T20 World Cup campaign.
The team suffered a heartbreaking 32-run loss to New Zealand in the final on Sunday night.
This was their second successive defeat after going down to Australia in Cape Town last year .
